Nancy moved from California to Phoenix in 1960 and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Phoenix College, High Honors in 1977 and with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 1999.

Her eight years of clinical experience includes family practice, internal medicine, and pain management. Nancy is certified in Adult Critical Care with American Association of Critical Care Nurses and she has 25 years critical care experience with intra-aortic balloon pumping in cardiac patients. She has advanced cardiac life support certification and basic life certification. Her extensive acute care and cardiac experience helped her to appreciate the aging process with co morbid disease entities and their complications. A strong athletic back ground in competitive bodybuilding since 1991 gave her the insight to change from the sick model in medicine to her own preventative aging practice offering bio-identical hormone replacement programs for men and women, nutritional analysis for weight management programs, fitness programs, and comprehensive preventative aging programs. Her philosophy to prevent the aging process of degenerative chronic disease is to live youthfully through hormone replacement, nutrition, supplementation and ongoing fitness. She trains intensively strength and cardiopulmonary always changing routines to gain better strength, endurance and flexibility for optimal well being physically and mentally. Trance is her beloved music that drives her gym training and makes it challenging often competing with her husband. She finds trance to be uplifting, euphonic, and melodic loaded with the energy to help her overcome challenges.

She believes those who incorporate preventative age management into their lives are better able to prevent chronic disease states or optimally manage their existing disease states. Nancy is married with two grown children and two grand children. She does volunteer work for the Arizona Humane Society by fostering hurt or sick animals back to health so that they can find their forever home. She is a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.
